A small and intimate dinner, with a warm and nostalgic ambiance. Usually we don’t put fragrance flowers on the table, to avoid ‘fragrance-crash’ between food and flowers. But to get this mood of Java Colonial, putting jasmine garlands, hand-sewn one by one, is a must.
